The Kayfabe is a music project by Chris "X-Cal" Gazaway, and Wil Sutherland.

What started out as two friends getting together to have drunken jam sessions, quickly turned into two very like-minded individuals writing, and creating their own songs. Both Gazaway, and Sutherland, are deeply rooted in pop music, but didn't always find themselves performing or writing within that genre. In late Aug. 2014, the two decided to travel to Denver, CO, and link up with award winning producer, Kawnar McFarland, and record a 6 song EP, which has appropriately been titled, "#thedenversessions"

With the release of their debut EP, The Kayfabe, is looking to come out of the chute, swinging for the fences, and deliver what they have been quoted to say as their, "proudest work to date"
